if a beginner starts doing these exercises he gets injured right away.
if this is supposed to be an instruction video, this guy has a lot to learn about how to teach someone to get in shape.

...except the sandbag one: bending down to grab a 50 kg bag might destroy your spine and back after a couple of years.
Better do it by bending your knees, even if it's a risk too...

Did anyone ever stop to think how the sand bag felt being lifted up w/o it's permission? This man is cruel to sand and other bagged materials. He just kept punching that bag over and over.

You fools don't know nothing about training. If you in shape, the sandbag will make your back strong. It's only dangerous for lazy people who spend too much time on the computer! This video has been on the internet for a few years. The guy in the vid is still a monster and still training pro fighters. Must not be too dangerous!

Not anybody can do this at home. Things he's doing need a pretty worked out body. Also like some other guy pointed out the exercise with the bag is bad, he could hurt his back especially the way he's doing it.

mine are shot from being stupid... not just smoking building dismantling is a dirty job breathed more dust than I can even imagine and smoked cigs wonder i can breath at all but this guy has more breath in one lung than many of us have in both. wonder how long he could hold his breath.
