Nice...but only and adequate voice at best. Safe voice, but not much depth. That song definitely does not showcase the talents she may have.

  He has a very nice voice. His softer, lower range needs to mature a bit to remove the slight squeak and fade that accompanies his lower register. His upper register is very strong and he has a power voice. That seems to be a consistent trend among today's Idol performers. With a little more work on rounding out the body of his voice he will be amazing.

  Actually I am not very impressed with her. Here's how I break it down.
  a) Stage Presence: Pretty does not equal stage presence. She does not know how to work the stage at all.
  b) Voice: She does not have a strong enough voice with enough body to tackle that song. She sounds very much like any amateur night club performer at best. There is a weakness to the structure of her voice that she need serious voice lessons to eliminate.
  c) Performance: Pretty generic Idol performance: Imitation of the performer, in this case Tina Turner; Reproduction of song with no sense of originality (just a karoake rehash); End the song with a strong, powerful (in this case semi-powerful) note.
  
  Ricky Lee is probably my least favorite of the three that I watched.
  
  I would rank them as follows:

  good call ,a hippie like 16 year old chick ,casey donovan , beat anthony in australian idol 2004 final, i didnt like her so i havent got any of her clips,but ill try and find some and post it so you can see who won. haley is the only one who didnt get a record contract,dont know what happened to her,thank you for your comments. out of all the idols i know of, kelly clarkson is the best imo.
