the car driver was just not smart and watchful enough, he moved on too slow, and its pretty amazing that he was so slow in coming out to help. thank goodness the bike rider had his helmet on, it would have been serious.

As v notice that is a Highway (we can see that is 4 lanes)
So, who can expect got such a danm low speed infront of you?
So more, motor driver also danm fast...

Accidents happen anywhere at anytime .... so dont only blame drivers from malaysia. for what u know .. it could be ur own fcuking dad!!

If this video hasn't been doctored, it is a fightening thing to have someone driving significantly slower than the normal traffic flow, to suddenly cut into your lane. I was glad to see the cyclist had enough wits and strength to imediately pull himself out of the path of the other speeding cars. It was a shame to see the bystanders not lift a finger to try and help. I have had people stop to ask me directions in a very busy roadway. When that happens to me from now on, I tell the person to pull over where it's safe and I will give them the directions. It's a very dangerous situation. I hope the cyclist isn't seriously hurt (but I doubt it).

Tough to call that one from the limited camera frame and perspective. How fast was the bike going?
Why was he in the right-hand slow lane? Why couldn't he steer out of the way? I wouldn't exactly call the driver's 3-lane drift a quick maneuver.
