mechanical failure
if a crucial linkage like say the pitman arm was to break loose or just break, the wheel would flop like a fish to one side or the other. it looked like he just turned sharp left. i bet the left steering tire kicked out and took the truck with it. a cab over has bad weight distribution so the driver wouldnt be able to counter the turn. `worst case scenerio`

- notice the arc after the first barricade
  not asleep. he woulda woke and tried to counter. the truck never changed the pitch it was turning, not even a little. beside sleep needs comfort so there would have been no sharp turn but a gentle veer. nah that guy was prob guilty of not doin pre-trip inspections and he paid for it.
