look at 0.24, you can't find engine of train so train might be coming in reverse. Normally as far I know it won't go this much fast when driver can see nothing...

they are very lucky that ,only one perdestian was injured.

freight yard or dock or whatever that yard is, it seams like that train was using excessive speed. add that to an incompetent trucker (granted he probably saw it and didnt notice the trains speed as its not what should be expected) and the fact that the guy couldnt see the train for the truck... he shoulda bought a lotto ticket instead of clocking in
