Michael Phelps Swimming Olympics - Day 3: 90 Day Challenge
So I went swimming yesterday night for the second time this year. I realized I've been missing out on a ton of amazing cardio! It's really mental to me. Sometimes you feel you can't even do another two laps. Then you tell yourself anything is possible and you will do whatever it takes.
Guess what, you will swim an extra two laps....and feel good about it!
