  i am no expert on cats of course, but my cat does similar, he will nip me on my leg when he wants me to do something for him, such as feed him or sometimes when he wants me to play with him, he does not like it when i ignore him, he is determined to get my attention so nipping me is his way of doing that, cats r smarter than most ppl think they are..
