  his name is junior, from the "wanted" crew in paris.
  he is famous because of his awesome power and his own style of using it.
  you should google for Kujo or "flying water buffalo", he is an american that kinda invented the style junior has. or you can watch the run dmc clip "it's like that" again, the guy with the hairdo is kujo.
