Scuderia Toro Rosso would have hoped to have a longer and more thorough test programme with the STR4 package. Sebastien Bourdais gave the new Red Bull-designed car its maiden public outing today and was able to put in an encouraging 86 laps and the sixth fastest time just ahead of Mark Webber in the Red Bull Renault.
