Sukhoi and Mig
have been making aircraft for a while. They havent been up to par with the US until the inception of the SU-27, MIG-29 and subsequent variants. Avionics are also cutting edge and sophisticated. Russia is finally putting quality over quantity now that the cold war is over. Basically Russia continues exporting most of their technology to other countries. They keep the real good stuff for themselves though.

The aircraft in the video are top notch examples and are quite formidable in the hands of expert pilots.

  Su-50... Sukhoi design burau was chossen to lead the 5th gen. Pak-Fa design or the Su-50 known better by none military persons...
  Mikoyan does have a hand in the development but the Mig-142 has been terminated in selection for the super advanced 5th gen. Su-50
