If you like this or the original series, you have to read the book he wrote about nature about 5 years before he died (it would be difficult to write a book 5 years after he died). Douglas IS a genius

- The books were fantastic!!!
  They even made a movie about them years ago... I think it was a British film. (wasn't very good) I remember playing the game on my old Commodore 64 computer - can't wait till the new movie comes out, and I hope they make a new game for it, too!

More like it!
Now THIS looks more like it followed the book plot more closely and with better directing than the horrible British b-series version of this that came out 10 or 15 yrs ago.The book was definitely a good read and this film looks to be a nice piece of escapist fun fantasy to fill in a dull afternoon.
