    RE: Plaxico - Yes, he should be punished, but to a degree. I don't have all the info tho, like: is the gun legal? What laws does city of New York have about concealed weapons? What rules does NFL have about guns?

    If anything, he was carrying a gun, which u cant conceal & the NFL hates bad publicity. my verdict: Guilty. No time, 100 hrs community service. next case

    by the way my friend took a piece into a club at villawood in sydney australia where we grew up called skelsys and he thought he was a gangster untill he got into a brawl and the gun went off and shot a well known horse breeders son through the head ,he didnt die but cant talk and stuff so then the guy left for lebanon where he hid for 2 years now hes back but they locked him up and hes thukd sideways so dont carry guns

    On the whole he should not be paid anything for the balance of the season and return whatever % this season is worth of his signing bonus.
