Open brow lift & chin implant, not sure if English is even the Dr who preformed it, he was not the Dr who saw me for follow-up. Implant was horribly askew and brow was lower than before but English blatantly refused to admit the outcome or to offer any way to right these botched attempts at surgery. We were told by English that he "should not have taken me as his client and he wished us the best of luck" then hung-up the phone. English fancies himself godlike and if anyone dares question his abilities he will become agressively defensive. After having the implant removed by another surgeon, English made a big deal about how perfect my chin looked now; he didn't even have the skill to realize the implant was no longer there. After refusing to consider revising my forhead he tried to sell me eyelid surgery and botox. He is very much like a used-car-salesman, only far less moral. My brows are now pulled down and inward with wrinkles on the forhead. I am 31, thanks to English I look 51.
