This is to be done 2-3 times with little rest if you can! Thanks Tanya! This workout SHOULD be done daily for the full week one. You will need to do two things FIRST!!

2. Once you finish your cardio WAIT ONE HOUR before eating. Only drink water during that hour.
This is all based on science folks... it works everytime. Tanya thank you for pointing out that I need to create a few user friendly workouts for my viewers who just need to move.

i just did this video twice in a row and it is such a GREAT workout!! I am sweating so much! I love it! please keep posting videos like this. I live in a small apartment and its perfect because it doesnt require much space at all! yay I am going to start doing this everyday

I will check it next time. By the way I did the video this video twice and week 2 once. I"m really out of shape but I will be coming back to do these videos everyday. Even though I'm sitting down doing the videos I still work up a sweat and get my heart rate going.
