good on you.keep your name.i kept my name aswell. and you know its become a cultural practice of the muslims to automatically change their name when converting...however the not all of the Prophet Muhammad's (peace be upon him) companions changed their name..Bilal..Umar all of these companions were born with that name.I think its a good thing to keep your name because 1) it shows respect to ur parents cause they chose that name 2) it shows that you dont have to become a whole different person.
