Dude if u r watching the news then watch it carefully, The mobile phone ur talkin abt was found in the hotel. Iam talking abt the satellite phone found in that boat!!. And the guy who is caught is a pakistani!!. I guess that should be enough for u!!.

Fighting a terrorist in various location
1. Jungle, u need 3 armymen for every single terrorist. It doesnt mean that 3 army men will die to kill one, but just to tackle him and supress him.
2. in a mountain, the ratio is 5:1. Again the same.
3. in a hotel, The ratio is 4:1 "PER ROOM". So it would definitely take that much time Dude. I guess u hav an idea who iam now.
