I own the album - but don't have a copyright to the music I sampled on this home made art clip (what is the law in NZ?)
I own the drawings, but I don't own the masks or the people I have drawn, nor the photos I referenced - I own the magazines I took them from, and the TV I saw them on...
It is simply a tribute to a band - drawn by me and my son, uising a piece of music we purchased...
If it needs to be taken down again (like on You tube) then go for it
