This only works if the person you want to flip is smaller than you. My sons soccer/football coach used to do this with the kids on his team for fun. However he made sure the kids understood that they couldn't do it to each other because it only works if the person you want to flip is smaller. Besides; the physics of the exercise are plainly obvious. But it is funny to see someone try who doesn't know what they are doing.
