Nicely photoshopped
Chameleons are able to make subtle changes to their skin tone to blend in and camouflage themselves against backgrounds - the changes they are capable of are relatively slight and their palette usually matches the colours found in their natural habitat - so mainly greens and browns/greys.

The colour changes shown here are unrealistic in the extreme.

  it isn't real, a chamaeleon (spelling?) doesn't change colour for it's background, only when it's mood changes, cool photoshop though
