I agree with you its real they normally perform it without any protection. He's shirtless and he is showing that he is risking his life without any protction it also shows how he is confident in doing it as he has been training for years.

you dont need to be a health freak to do this just be fit thats all and work hard..quite alot of people can do this they even have video tutorials to try help you (doubt it would cause you still need to train) so stop calling him a freak
