I found new interactive 3d display of toshiba at Ceatec 2006. I saw 3d tomato image interacted with real transparency cup in realtime. I got video contents from Toshiba researcher and he allowed me to distribute it via internet.

  I went to CEATEC2006.
  I saw very natural 3D images (penguin and tomato-bomb? and so on).
  I felt tha all of them exist on flatbed type 3D display indeed.

- I like their concept!
  An trancparency cup is real object. And an ink spot on the transparency cup is virtual threeÃ¢â‚¬Âdimensional movie. I think that this system can detect the transparency cup position and generate an interaction effect between real transparency object and virtual threeÃ¢â‚¬Âdimensional movie in realtime.
