This version of "Computer God" was performed during the first of two nights in Costa Mesa, CA on 11/14 and 11/15 1992. Dio abruptly left the band when Sabbath chose to open for Ozzy Osbourne these two shows and Rob Halford was recruited to fulfill vocal duties. "Computer God" was only played the first night, and not on the second night when Sabbath played four songs with Ozzy. Enjoy! ...

    • HELL O

When the demons rip your flesh from your bones and tear out your eyes and eat your flesh and break your bones over and over again to know every excruciating moment because you can't close your eyes and you can't wish the pain away and you find out that there is no party in Hell only solatude and torment.

  • uh, this was ...

uh, this was cleared up awhile ago, but no, I didn't say that. in fact I don't even mind Halford. I'm saying the music Black Sabbath made with Ozzy was better. and also, yeah, as a matter of fact, your right. I'd metal in general is pretty lame, not including Black Sabbath

  • Are you saying Ozzy ...

Are you saying Ozzy is better than Dio AND Halford?

Just tell me because the laughter is way too big to waste on a misunderstanding.

  • So you can't stand ...

So you can't stand Manilla Road, Dio, Mercyful Fate, Hellion, Metal Church, Manowar, Stormwitch, Angel Witch, Iron maiden, Savatage...

I mean, if you dont like that, you dont like Metal. Simple. The 80s F**king defined what metal was to be.

  • He said he was ...

He said he was Sabbath's biggest fan out of respect for the band. If it's not your song it's not unusual to forget some lyrics even for simple songs. In one of KISS concerts, Paul was unable to get to the mic on time or something like that to sing Love Gun, then Simmons took over the vocals but he didn't know the exact lyrics and he just made it up right there.

Right. That's why I ban people. Then not only do they not get the attention, but then they can't watch the videos anymore. So really I win...yay!

  • Ozzy didn't write ...

Ozzy didn't write the lyrics in Iron Man, Paranoid, or War Pigs...Geezer did.

I see where you are coming from now, but I still have to disagree. Dehumanizer, Headless Cross, Eternal Idol, and Cross Purposes all have songs on them that touch on subject matters that are present in the early albums. Especially Dehumanizer...Dio has said time and time again about that album being more based in real life themes than his usual mysticism (which is what you find cheesy).

  • One more thing. I ...

One more thing. I was only saying what I said originally because it pisses me off when people condemn Ozzy for writing cheesy lyrics in something like Iron Man, like its the only song Black Sabbath wrote or the only song they've ever heard. It pisses me off that people say that but don't say anything about Dio or Martin, who brought cheese to a whole new level.
