In a nutshell - the Quran and Islam OVERWHELMINGLY advocate and require Jihad and the submission to Allah. Terrorism is advocated and actually required for "true" Muslims.
Yes, it is true there are peaceful passages in the Quran (114 to be exact). The problem is, when Surah 9:5 was revealed (also known as the 'verse of the sword') it cancelled out (also known in Islam as the practice of 'Nasikh') the peaceful verses.
That's a big clue in to true Islam. The reality is, there are SO many contradictions in the Quran, they actually justify overriding older verses with newer ones. The way Muslims pull this off and lie about how "peaceful" Islam is, is becasue the Quran isn't written in any sort of chronological order. It's just randomly jumbled together. This is how they can pull out those older "peaceful" verses as prooftexts, yet they conveniently forget to mention they'd been cancelled out by the latter Surah.
You see, Mohammed was a crazy man. His "ministry" can be divided in to two distinct halves. He had the peaceful "Mecca" years, where he wrote about peace and tolerance in an attempt to lure Christians and Jews to convert. Later, during the Medina years (while he was raising his army) he realized peace and love wasn't drawing the Jews and Christians in. This is when he spewed out the overriding hate passages, began murdering non-converts, raiding and pillaging (to fund the effort) and writing about the "children of pigs and monkeys" (his 'loving' term for Jews). This hateful crap "Nasikh" all that nice peaceful stuff written earlier.
Bottom line - oh yeah, I've studied the Quran buddy. It is a book of hate and contradictions. Nothing peaceful exists in there that hasn't been Nasikh (replaced) by Mohammed's hate for Infidels (defined clearly in the Quran as Jews and Christians).
If anyone out there TRULY wants to understand what Islam stands for and doesn't want to read a lot to do it, try this book- - this is one of many that I've read on the subject and is pretty easy and concise. It's by a former professor of Islamic History at Al-Azhar University in Egypt, which is considered the preeminent authority or Quranic interpretation. The authror has a PhD on the subject and converted to Christianity becasue he realized what a lie Islam really is. The book is called "Islam and Terrorism" by Mark Gabriel (he changed his name after several attempts on his life).

Terrorism is just a strategy employeed by the west and their allies to slowdown the fast growing population of Islam on fear of losing income in the future if majority of their citizen become Muslim. Most of their big businesses are considered "Haram" in Islam, like Gambling, Liquor and many more.

My personal opinion is all religion is bad, god loves unconditionaly, he doesn't care whether you love him or whether you believe in him, he loves you anyway! so why practice religion, be honest, faithful and true to yourself and F**k organised religion.

It takes strength of character to renounce that drive and think for ourselves. Human beings are the most intelligent creatures yet discovered, but we have a long way to go to reach our full potential. Religion and "faith" simply get in the way of that progress.
I know that my views are unpopular, but take a moment to think for yourselves. Or, just continue to drink the kool-aid those in power give you.
