    It looks like it is from a show called Torchwood on BBC that first aired on the 22nd of Oct. For those of you that saw this on the player and not on the site, I clicked garygraytoday's name and saw this as his only video. So I watched it again on the site this time and saw: UFO Contact Crime Cardiff Alley Streets Jack Harkness Torchwood BBC Science more... as the tags. When I clicked on Torchwood a second video appeared with this one. It was a trailer for the new show. This video must be from a teaser or another trailer that aired before the show's release.
