At its May 6, 2009 Annual Dinner, the Arizona Homeopathic & Integrative Medical Association (AHIMA) will present its Lifetime Achievement Award in Alternative and Integrative Medicine to Burton Goldberg, author of the best selling book, Alternative Medicine: The Definitive Guide. Goldberg is known as “The Voice of Alternative Medicine.”

AHIMA’s Annual dinner will be held at the Verona Chophouse Outdoor Patio on Wednesday, May 6. Sponsor opportunities are available. Platinum Sponsor’s logo and link will be posted on AHIMA’s website and blog. Both Platinum, $2500, and Gold Sponsors, $1500, logo and link will be listed on all e-invites, program and will receive recognition at the dinner. Individual tickets are $85.00 per person and a table of ten is $850.
