How to make fast and easy roasted duck.

Ingredients:
1 duck
1 tbsp salt
1-2 tbsp chopped ginger
water to wash duck
1 bag Lobo roast duck seasoning mix
half an orange
1 lemon
1/4 cup white wine
1 tsp cinnamon powder

Refrigerate the duck 30mins after marinade the duck.
Bake at 350F, 30mins each pound of duck.
Make sure to foil wrap the duck the first 30mins.
Fill drip pan with water to keep duck moist.
Unwrap foil the last 15mins of baking.
