this is in india. and they are speaking hindi. in india they capture monkeys and make them do these sort of stuff. they keep them hungry until they do what humans say. coz they cant afford to keep cages, the monkeys get tied to these ropes by their necks all night and day no matter what the seather. hot , cold or rainy. than they take them to the streets and make them do tricks, and ppl give money. what a way to earn money.

  In india people use to keep monkeys with them for the street shos,this a tredition in india.Lord shiva was the first to do this type of thing.Grate Hanuman was his pet, but in that time the relation between them was of fater and son,Now the things have changed a lot....
