my brother and boyfriend are both in the canadian military...2 rcr both serving in Afghanistan, right now! best friend was killed over seas, so F**k you all and have some F**king respect assholes!

I find it funny on you armchair critics determining whether or not this video is legit or not and secondly on how the use of firepower was not needed thus the Canadian combantants running out of ammo. I agree the likelyhood of a victory is slim to none but lets remember Canada has yet to lose a battle. As history has shown it Canadians have been at the forefront of most major battles and come out victors....I do believe we even beat the Americans if I recall. Don't believe me research it. First off, I don't know if the C.I.A. is the best and most reliable source of information. I can understand your anger at the situation in Iraq because there is obviously other reasons for the U.S. being there other than setting up a democracy. But I have to ask you why would Canada go to Afghanistan other than to try and bring a peacful resolution to a extremely shitty situation for the people of that country. If they can provide a bit of stability than maybe the people of Afghanistan
Muslim or not can choose their own path and not have a regime forced upon them. Maybe if you can let go of some of your hatred for everything thats not explicitly muslim you will see that everyone is not out to get you.

First off let me say this to our U.S. friends here, There have been 2 blue on blue's in A-stan so far involving U.S. and Canadian forces over a 5 year period, S**ks yes but very low considering so I wouldn't listen to the uneducated on here and start ranting about Canadians. Secondly to be technical U.S. and Canada are both Part of America you know North America and we both fight for the same cause, basically using the same sop's. Third, the video is real there is no doubt about it, the footage was shot by combat camera men, and then the wonderful thng called editing took place to make it pleasing to the public because that video can be found on a Canadian Forces website available to the public, but it is real none the less I know people who where there. And lastly for the moron who said war S**ks , well it does but the very fact that you are able to express your opinion on here without being persicuted for it validates that war is a nessecary evil. People need to grow up and have some respect, we lost troops in that battle you just watched and i don't care what country you're from if you can't respect the fallen then step accross the line and you can see how real the next video is. Better yet get off your fat asses and make a difference instead of sitting there a critisizing the blood, sweat and tears of others.

First of all, when the FRENCH from the north came down and set ablaze to the white house, that was when modern day Canada WAS UNDER FRENCH CONTROL. As in, there were NO canadians when it happened. Look THAT up in a dictionary. Second, you can't really say the Canadian army is undefeated and be proud of the fact. They went to a non-hostile part of Normandy in WWII, they're a very minor part of Iraq, and frankly, their army is understocked, under trained, and lacks good officers.

I'm not saying this as some American bashing on Canada, but from my opinion gathered from the facts of history.
