LATER EDIT: THERE'S THAT ALTERNATIVE WHERE YOU CHECK THE BOXES AND NEVER BE BOTHERED AGAIN, BUT THINK ABOUT IT! THAT LEAVES YOU WITH AN OBSOLETE SERVICE! THAT'S WHY WE'VE DISABLE IT! IT HAS NO PURPOSE NOW, SO WHY DON'T WE SAVE SOME RESOURCES AND SHUT IT DOWN PERMANENTLY?!?!

    you can go to RUN the input MSCONFIG then look for SERVICES and disable SECURITY CENTER the RESTART then its disabled ... :)
