"Highly intoxicated" my ass ! This D.U.I. scam has become enormous and worth billions of dollars a year. M.A.D.D has gone mad, and all who drink are not drunk, impaired or an alcoholic, but all will be treated as such ! The Govt. has a written test in which the answers are all configured in such that any way they are answered indicates that the subject has a drinking problem and needs some sort of treatment, and if you pass with too high of a score then it is insisted (illegally) that you retest until your average corresponds to that of a problem drinker at which time you have been compelled to incriminated yourself thus netting the state more grant money and some V.I.P.'s additional bonuses. The process used to cost a minimum of $1500 ea. not including additional costs and higher Insurance premiums which is where the true benefits incure...for the banks/Ins. companies. While the law makers remain impervious to the laws they inact, e.g: Sen. Ted Kennedy, alias "Drunk of the Year" possessing several D.U.I.'s including wrongful death.

I am talking to you man or even woman or whatever any thing your highness do it in our life god save the others lifes of it & also what it causing if you were right or wrong in what you are doing but every one must get hurt in this life because god only who is giving the punshment but in this life that we are doing what we want god is giving very very little pushment to the one of us than he deserve then the one which had taken the punshment is saying oh oh ya you see ifeel as if i am not realy punshed i kinow that god loves me till he see the rest of his punshment in the day of punshment and from the time of his death there is no return for forgivness of god cause he ordersd u8s to do every thing rightly but we do every thing wrongly and say because nothing is happening then we were right
