Hello my name is Nate and I would like to give you a brief glimpse into the experience that Ive had through ordering items through DrugDelivery.ca. The very first time I placed an order with them was back in December of 2008 and since then I believe Ive placed 4 orders with them. So 4 orders in 3 months that probably gives you an idea of the experience Ive had with them is more positive than negative. On a scale of 1 to 10 I think Id give DrugDelivery.ca about an 8, which in my book is a very good rating. Its not a perfect 10 because there are some minor issues that I have had along the way that were enough to take it off of a 10 level but defiantly nothing that would steer me away because I'm still ordering from them even today, in fact I'm going to be placing another order with them today. The order that I'm referring to in this review has to do the order I placed on January 6 2009. I placed the order on the 6th, I received email updates from DrugDelivery.ca on the 7th, 8th, and 9th. The 9th was the day that I finally received my tracking information and confirmation that the item had been shipped. Could it happen faster, in a perfect world, yes. Realistically I understand why it takes as long as it does and the positive side of that is they keep an open line of communications with you. Number 1 they always give me email updates everyday. Number 2 there was only every one time I had to actually call in with a concern and was able to speak to a live person right away and no more issues. Often times when you place an order through DrugDelivery if you don't have a prescription it has to be reviewed by a physician or a pharmacist, I'm not sure which, whatever the case that can be the cause for a 1 or 2 delay. Negatives, if there are any negative about my experience with DrugDelivery I don't point directly at them as the issue its just the issue of trying to order something from overseas. Number 1, be prepared if your ordering from the United States there may be a small fee that’s is attached too whatever the total is that you get from DrugDelivery.ca and what that is apparently when you pay with a credit card there is an international charge usually depending on the size of your orders, I think on my orders its always an average of about an extra $2 per order. That’s something that wasn't disclosed up from so at first I didn't know what the heck that was so I contact DrugDelivery saying hey you guys there is an erroneous charge on my account. They credited my account based on that charge after I showed them my bank statement that it had showed up. I have since then learned that its a international fee charged for credit cards so oh well. The other negative is that the tracking number that they give you, a lot of people complain about this, the tracking number that they give you doesn't work until the item arrives in the United States, in my particular case it didn't even work until the item arrived at my post office and then I looked on the Internet and sure enough it said it is at the post office. They tell us in a recent email that they are working on that they have another system lined up that is supposed to be better so we can track it a lot better than the current system in place so I'm looking forward to that. But the bottom line is I'm going to continue to use them. Like I said I'm going to placing an order again today, positive experience, rate them an 8 out of 10. Ill continue to use them and ill recommend them to my friends and my associates as well. So way to go DrugDelivery, I hope you guys keep up the good work and keep me as a loyal customer.
