  Garra and Rock Lee fight Kimmimauo when thy are trying to recover Sasuke from the sound 5 Kimmimauo is basically the leader who is stricken ill and is due to pass on at any time so he was on bed rest this all happens in the first naruto series NOT later on when they are teenagers. and Garra is a possessed by a demon but he later on realizes he can live life and fight and care for others he leared that in the fight with Naruto , Miss_knowitall_01 needs to o back to school.

  gaara isn't just a demon. you are forgetting that Gaara had feelings and after Naruto defeated him he thought about Yashamaru, and love. Gaara is a human being. All he has is a demon inside him just as Naruto does. And he is hated by others for it.
