Having practised martial arts all my life I can tell you that you may need some practise or maybe a new instructor. Speed wasnt too bad but hand position and wrist action with your punches is extremely unorthodox and would probly not be that effective :s sorry bud

This looks more like modified Tae-Bo. Your WC looks like it was learned from a video, that is why it looks like it does. Please go find a WC teacher before you go back online doing so called WC.
