  If that would have been really there would be a firefight breaking out because they see eachother waving with guns and will then shoot eachother.
  That's how you create disaster!
  If you look further the rest of the people in the mall will pull their guns and there will a big firefight that might spread over the whole city. Only the ones who don't pull their guns will survive... if they're lucky.
