I did this video on April 12, 2009. The party started around noon and I went home around 4PM. It starts out slow but loads of water throwing, dancing, partying and fun by the time I left. Great Essan Music also. This was taken in the bar and pub area of Chiang Mai at a local hang out called Easy Bar. Enjoy.
