I was on an All-Star American Football team that came to the land down under to play american football. We were just out of high-school student against your rugby teams and others US teams. WE KICKED THE LIVING CRAP OUT OF THE RUGBY TEAMS. YOU need to try to quit arm tackleing (hugging), and hit them headon so hard you see snot bubbles.:) As far as Rugby, I saw the Queensland vs. New South Wales game while i was there and it was great. I dont play it down at all, its a very athletic game, just a different game. You dont need pads because you dont hit, you arm tackle.

What amazes me about that video is the total lack of concern the opposition are showing to the guy tackled. Any person with just one live brain cell (maybe one too many for american football players) can tell the man is hurt yet they still carry on celebrating the inflction of a potentially life threatening injury.
