Ive tried this trick, i acctually made it... i practice for 3 weeks
now i do it pretty darn easy:D

btw, i tried that trampoline thing, yeah. its dangerous!!!
had a neck injury for 1 week. but i mannaged to pull of front flip slam, master dunk from trampoline! ;P

For the last US olympic team to be on the podium either proves that the players were amazing or that the teams of the rest of the world really S**k The players on the team had more or less a weak playing together before they went on competition. And these players were contacted on the last minute. Many of the orignal players called off late because of security risk (9/11 type of terrorist attacks) and decided that their careers weren't worth the risk. Therefore, I have to give props to those players that did play and represent their country.

We have this in the UK its called NETBALL..Usually played by girls in school
