1. Scoop your hands up, bring your left foot into your right knee.
2. Go down, bend your knees, bring your hands down with nice, straight arms.
3. Take a big step back with your right foot.
4. Turn around to your right and connect your feet.
5. Tug your left shoulder and step around.
6. Tug your shoulder and step again.
7. Step behind with your right foot, then step out with your left foot.
8. Center yourself up with your right foot. That's it! You're done.
