MMA stylist and kung fu man practicing with 52 year old Wing Chun southern stylist Master in Taiwan Francis Szeto. This is Gor sau a harder version than Chi sau sticky hands. This is not actual fighting, but just a tool to ingrain certain reflexes and sensitivity into the wing chun man. This is bare knuckle without much contact although we do go very hard at times, when in fight training. Note Master Francis is over 50 years of age and still does full contact sparring with fighters or all styles and ages.
