Going long (buying) the ProShares Ultrashort Real Estate ETF (ticker: SRS) with a stop if IYR moves over $32.50. The basing in SRS and now the move higher with volume above the 50 day moving average reminds us of the ever-popular Apple (ticker: AAPL) when it broke out in March of 2008.
