If you have JUST 2 MINUTES to spare you can be keeping your shoulders healthy and pain free - at your desk, in your home, in a hotel...the options are limitless.
Here are the exercises:
Scap Pushups: 30s
Scapular Wall Slides: 30s
Hand-To-Hand Touches: 30s
Do this Micro Workout any time you have 2 minutes to spare over the course of your day. I bet that you could find at least 10 opportunities of just 2 minutes to do this - and your shoulder will thank you BIG TIME for it!
