u all know the english fans are very loyal to their team and very serious about football, i appreciate that and sometimes their fans can be so mean about one mistake, but with all the respect everyone had for ebckham this thing was jsut a one time thing, it passed on no body makes fun of that nemore, and beckham with all his sense of humour gave sumthin for the fans to actually look back and laugh, thats a true player a commited and loyal player becks 4 life

This Advert before he missed the penalty in Euro 2004, its a recut taking the piss of how he missed the penalty after dong the ad with jonny wilkinson..pretty ironic really but still funny :D

ok so Beckham is good at everything. he can cross and take corners with perfection. He is still a great penalty taker too. if you notice when he misses the kick in portugal, his foot slips as he kicks and his whole body shifts unnaturally. there is almost know way he could kick the ball at that angle and that high without slipping. he even said that he slipped and that the day before he had noticed the turf was loose on the penalty spot. and by the way...he should have been kept on the england side for his remaining 6 caps to reach 100. he was the best player in WC 06. England barely scored the whole Cup but he had one goal, and another that bounced off a defender and went in, and a couple of assists as well. no other england player did as much as he did in the World Cup. Becks is one of the best.

Is maybe not so good at penalty but Becham can give you such a long pass that there is no possible way of not hiiting your head or chest so dont think becham cant play.

i watched that live and after he took that he was cryign the players all went up to look at the penalty spot and the grass wasnt flat it had a huge mound they tested it and when u place the ballon top of the mound it rises with the ball goign up also i think its bad that everyoen blames him when it wasnt his fault he kicked it correctly just that mound.

That 'Kid' is Johnny Wilkinson... He is a better rugby player than beckham ever has been as a footballer.

He scored the drop goal to win the '03 world cup, and i honestly cant believe nobody recognised him.

and for the record, hes about a foot taller than beckham and about 30 kilos heavier.. Its his job to be the best tackler in the world, and he is basically.. he won the rugby equivalent of the golden boot in that world cup EVEN with a broken shoulder bone.
