Deputy Mayor Donna Brown today presented to Mayor Byron W. Brown her recommendations for addressing and reducing poverty in the City of Buffalo. Entitled, Buffalo Poverty Reduction Blueprint: A Roadmap for Reducing Poverty in the City of Buffalo, the 80-page document culminates months of analysis and consultation with 62 analysts, social service providers and other individuals and organizations engaged in various activities that combat the impact of poverty in Buffalo, Western New York, New York State and across the country.
