The Cat Came Back

This was one of my favourite cartoons as a child. I'm now 27 with my own 2 mth old girl, and I can't wait until she's old enough to watch this herself. I love the internet. I never thought I would see this cartoon again.

I remember this from way back when Nickelodeon was Canadian and showed great cartoon shorts between shows. Now I love watching it with my daughter. It will never get old!

My daughter and I saw this cartoon many times when she was very young. Something came up that reminded us about "the cat that came back" and I asked her to try and find me the cartoon on the net. The link arrived moments later, although I am just now watching it before I head off to bed. It is just as wonderful as I remembered it.

I was on a plane and they played this thing after a movie. Me these other people were lookin at this an tryin to hear what they wer saying between "the cat came back" and after the plane ride we were still singin it !!! Too bad if you dont like it...the guy running away from the cat is just a dodo.

Is there some trick to viewing this? I've downloaded it at least 3 times, tried to view it in Metacafe and stored it on my computer then opened it with Win Mediaplayer, but the best I get is a green screen while the soundtrack plays. Am I doing something stupid?

I remember watching this cartoon back when I was a kid, now I'm 23 years old and I still laugh and the tune is simply unforgetable
