    U.S. doesn't make SCUD missiles, T-64 tanks, AK-47 and the likes. Those are Soviet weapons that where supplied to Iraq. And as far as the farm parts, if I recall it was caught by the U.S. Gov. and Halted and not a deliberate attempt by the U.S. Government to sell but a black market attempt individuals trying to make a quick buck. Actually it was IRAN that U.S. sold Arms too, to counter Soviet supplied arms to Iraq.
