That's a mighty big if... the world would probably fall apart though because we do need people to have concern with our future. Not for ourselves like enjoying our youth, but for humanity as a whole.

More or less advice that if you take and are able to excersize would probably lead to a healthy life. Considering stress is one of the hardest wear and tear on someone.. physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

At the risk of sounding emo and preachy, I'm glad that videos like this exist. They remind me that, while things may S**k butt right now, complaining will only deteriorate my sanity and sink me into depression. This video has possibly the best advice I've ever heard... ever. (Save the sunscreen thing. I only wear that if I'm going to be in the sun for over 2 hours. I'm not that worried about my skin)

...spot the irony (or perhaps hypocrisy would be a better word) inherent in this video? I find it hilarious that the narrator talks about being proud of your body and not reading beauty magazines because they'll make you feel ugly, etc., and yet pretty much the entire video looks like an ad for the Gap with nary a fat person or really unattractive person in site. I don't think I saw any physically handicapped people either. Shouldn't they be allowed to wear sunscreen as well? Granted, I didn't view this frame by frame as I have some semblance of a life (although apparently not enough of one to just let this go and not comment on this vid), but if there were any (in a general sense) "undesirable" [fat, ugly, handicapped] people in this video they weren't on for more than a couple of frames. Hell, even the old people in this video were just old. I didn't really see any missing teeth or Creepy Grandpa Bad Touch eyes in the bunch. That being said, the narrator did make several really good points, but I thought that the video detracted from them. Just my $.02.

life is not so bad as we think it is we can make it better

So I can’t help but pity those who gave such horribly negative comments. It’s telling you how to appreciate life in a more simplistic yet positive and uplifting manner. If society could get remotely close to such views presented in the video I think life would be more fulfilled with amazing memories instead of ones that leave an awful “taste” in your mouth. The video just opens up a way to view yourself and life in a beautiful way; it’s that simple and should be that easy.

Either way, if you can’t tell; I find this video brilliantly uplifting.

I believe that the sunscreen is a metaphor for God. He is the one that embraces us and warms us with his light and compassion. There is a very strong message in this video and there are morals and values to live by that is stated in this video. It is what we learn what we live. . . if we learn with acceptance and friendship we will learn to find love in the world.

This video is best watched when your young and truly understand the value of youth. In my opinion most kids live by the "You dont know what you got 'till its gone" mentallity. Most kids will stop this vid before its finished. And the ones that do finish watching it wouldnt put much thought into it or would prolly forget it the nxt day (my opinion). I mean, Im just 21yrs old, At times I feel old but I know in reality that at my age I am still considered to be young. The best advice I can say to ppl in general is to enjoy your life.
