Best Hocky Shot Ever

U Know shots like that arn't hard to do, u see people do it all the time. It's amazing because he kept it legal (not raising his stick to high) and that the other team basically aloud him all that time to pull it off. Overall though its pretty cool.

all you have to be able to do to score like that is balance the puck on your stick they gave him as much time and room as he needed,if I had that much time I could of done the same thing

Yes this is a legal goal! It's not showboating if you're in a playoff game and you will do whatever it takes to win!
Gretzky had more oddball type goals similar to this one. He shot the puck from behind the net, hit the goalie in the back and it went in! He also used to shoot the puck at the opposing teams skates in front of their own net to get a deflection shot in.

Crosby pulled the same move in junior 2 years ago. Difference is his put his team up by 5 or 6 (i.e. unnecessary showboating), while this one tied the game. You pull a stunt like that in hockey and you better watch out for redemption. Guys don't like being embarassed in hockey.

Is that a LEGAL goal??

I watched alot of hockey over the past 30 years, but I don't ever remember a goal like this one. It was amazing.
