Yes anthony it is a form of gun control= in school not on the range or at your private property. Not all parents teach thier children how to respect the power of a weapon. Hell they can't even teach them to respect themselves. As the video demonstrates this guy hide several weapons on his person by placing them in his baggy pants w/ shirt hanging out.
