  • the new guy is fine

    i've watched any video i can find for dmc 4......the new guy ( nero ) is gr8 BTW ,
    plus i we get to play as dante for part of the game.

    and BTW, its not goin to be playable on ps2.....only ps3, and on 5/2/2008 on PC !!!

    i have played and complete all 3 dmc games..dmc 1 was excelent..but dmc 2 dissapointed me ...dmc 3 was a fantastic game..cant wait for dmc 4 :D

    So let's get this straight...
    We'll be playing as Nero, who's obviously somehow being possessed by Vergil.
    (Either a disembodied Vergil or the hand is Vergil's, I'd wager.)

    Hrmmmmm...
    This could really improve on the DMC series, providing a fresh take on... everything.
    Or it could be the "jump the shark" moment that kills it once and for all.
    Alternatively, it might end up being like Star Trek: Only the odd-numbered installments are good.
    *shrugs*

    Either way, I'm not spending the money on a PS3.
    I just hope it comes to PC like DMC3 did...

      I hear everywhere by people who got through the game that Vergil doesn't play any role in this part... Nero just gets "Yamato" which is Vergil's sword...I haven't played and I won't be able to as long as it doesn't come out for PS2

      But I have to say that this "Power.....give me more Power!" reminds me somehow of what Vergil said in the last fight: "I need more power!"
      But I guess almost every demon just says that :D

    the guy dante fights is nero and he is completely new to dmc guys. i saw when skye dled this vid at school and was seriously amazed. this will certainly be one of the best ps3 titles if not the best for 2007
