Protein bars and energy bars that you buy at the store are expensive and filled with cheap, low quality ingredients like soy protein and palm oil. They also are high in saturated fat and sugars, while low in fiber and relatively low in protein.
This recipe is for very lean protein bars that can be made in less than ten minutes. They taste ten times better than other store bought bars I've ever had and are likely ten times healthier! Enjoy!
